A number of people have contacted us, wanting to study our programmes but unable to do so because they are unemployed or living on a limited income. Although CIBI has been generously funded by the founding provinces, the fees we have to charge can sometimes still be beyond the means of some students. We would like to offer the possibility of some reduction in fees to students who are in genuine need and we have set up a voluntary fund for this purpose.
